The 2015 conference was life changing. The speakers were captivating and there was not one moment that was not filled with excitement, learning and anticipation. I will carry what I learned back with me not only in my professional career but in my personal dealings with my neighbors, my friends and those I meet through my life. This was enriching, educational and worth every moment. Thank you for presenting a conference that offers continuing education credits and creates the most riveting atmosphere to learn.

The conference exceeded all my expectations! You should feel so proud of the elements you brought together to stimulate and challenge hearts and minds for the purpose of enriching our communities-locally, nationally and globally. I continue to reflect on the power of the conference that you organized so exquisitely. Bravo!
Thank you for bringing it to Chicago. I know it was a labour of love. It was transformational-one of the most impactful diversity conferences I have attended! I look forward to attending next year! My greatest hope is that you will follow this extraordinary conference with a Second Annual Chicago Conference next year! I am sending gratitude for your spirit and hard work.

I loved the venue, and the food was FABULOUS! I truly enjoyed all of the speakers. They were engaging, respectful of one another, and very thought-provoking. The handouts provided useful information. I would definitely attend again in the future and would encourage other staff members to do so as well.

Good morning, I enjoyed listening to the conference speakers as they gave suggestions and advice while sharing their personal experiences. Guadalupe Lara, Rola Nashef and Rev. Wendell were exceptional! Asaad Kelada was great in showing others how successful people can be in spite of their ethnicity; it was good to highlight an individual who has made significant contributions globally. A special thanks to Siham and her team for being such great hosts.

Principal, Utica High School

Just wanted to say I truly enjoyed the conference. This was my first experience for this conference and I must say that it was well thought out and planned. I was extremely impressed by the organization and the guest speakers that presented their view points. It was very informative and made me think about my own perceptions. It was a great learning experience and I look forward to attending next year’s event.
Thanks so much for all the time and effort you put into the event. It was greatly appreciated.
Take care,

I want to congratulate you and Nadia for your much appreciated efforts. The conference was organized and your guest speakers were inspirational in their visions, experiences, and recommendations. I personally met numerous interesting people from different fields, and had many productive conversations with people during breakfast and lunch. It makes us all proud to see young women like you taking the initiative to promote awareness and celebrate achievements. Thank you and keep up the good effort.

I was amazed at how well the speakers’ presentations fit with each other with no prior coordination (at least on my part).  I also hope and am confident you achieved the results you desired.  I look forward to working with you again, particularly for an entire conference session!

What an outstanding conference! This is the best conference we have attended. I sponsored both parents and teachers to attend this conference and all were thankful and asked if they could be considered again for next year. The speakers were motivational and engaging. One of my teachers commented that she had to use the rest room yet didn’t want to miss a word of the presentation. This speaks volumes to the interest level and relevancy of the topics discussed.

Thank you for providing such valuable information and dialogue. The food was also delicious not to mention the comedy show with a message and the lovely sound of the oud.    Please continue to offer such conferences as it becomes increasingly critical to address our” Images and Perceptions.

Siham, as in the past I found the,’ Images and Perceptions’, conference very rewarding. It gave me the opportunity to reconnect and continue valued relationships. The presentations provided a rich collection of varying; yet, similar takes on our status of inclusion.
I was especially, taken with the film by Rola Nashef. I think this would be a great way to start a conversation between the Arab and African American communities. Perhaps some kind of collaboration between the Arab American Museum and the Museum of African American History.

While the Native American community has little voice in our conversations on diversity and inclusion, I would suggest that somehow, sometime they are recognized and included. Through our collective local communities indifference the Native American community remains somewhat invisible and voiceless. With that said, sincere and most appreciated thanks go out to you and Nadia.

P.S. Mrs. Fadel-Bazzi, my prayers and thanks go to your husband for all he is doing for our country.

I thought the presentation was excellent. I would not do anything different next year. Thank you for sharing with us the many diverse perspectives and understandings of the presenters.

Wow thanks for the quick follow up! I was not happy to have to leave so early. I was very impressed with the large crowd, quality of speakers and the food! I was proud that my organization was a sponsor of your event. I am sure you are resting at this point but I would like to sit down with you one on one to discuss how our organization can work together again. MCH wants to provide more information to the Arab community on the coming of the ACA (Affordable Care Act). Hope to talk with you again soon.
